The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection was wonderful. The pool area was nice. The rooms were spacious and good value for money. It was close to the night bazaar and local amenities. The hotel provided free iced coffee in the lobby every afternoon. The rooms were large and comfortable. The bathrooms were clean.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

The location is excellent, situated between the Old City and the Night Market. And the price is reasonable including breakfast, wifi, and a private outdoor swimming pool. And a lot of space in the room, actually a suite. The staff was very friendly. I think the key must be to require to stay in the main bldg.
The bed was very lumpy, and uncomfortable. Furnishings were sparse. Bathroom was small, putting your foot in the shower to sit on the toilet, and hot water was lacking even with separate on-demand hot water heater.

1)The driver who fetch us, family of 4 and baby, was very pleasant and apologetic when he arrived a bit late.2) The room was very clean, and comfortable with all the necessary requirements provided. 3) Location was good with easy access to the shops and night bazaar once you know your whereabout.
The male front desk staff would be better if they could communicate in basic English and put on a smile when talked to.

everything is easy : frm walking around, eating, or travelresa...and very good value ; bed, shower, internet, staff everything...
I choose the hotel because it had a swimming pool...but it was so small, yu hardly could swimm with 2 persons in the water ; only 6 seats available to relax in the sun...disappointing .info should be clearer

The location was nice. The staff was very helpful as well. Overall, I enjoyed the stay very much and would recommend it and go back there with no hesitation.
The floor in the room could have been swept better.

I absolutely loved staying at this place! The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the night bazaar. It was so convenient to be able to explore the market and shop for souvenirs without having to travel far. The hotel itself was in a great location, close to the walled city area as well. I really enjoyed being able to explore the historical sites and immerse myself in the local culture. The staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any queries or requests I had.
I highly recommend this hotel to all my family and friends. The location, service, and quality of the rooms make it an ideal choice for anyone visiting this city.

very good location to night bazaar and street markets. Rooms better than shown on website.
Counter staff were unfriendly and quite rude in communication, and did not communicate requests from guests between shifts.

The rooms were very large, the staff very friendly and informative. Location was good for the old inner city or newer exterior city.
The restaurant was not open for evening meals and the couch in our room was broken.

Great location close to the old town, night market, and shops/eating places. Very spacious room and comfortable bed. Clean and cheap. The cleaning staff are impressive. Loved the security guards. Short walk to live music at the Night Market.

Room was huge, clean, with double bed! Buffet wasn't the best if you wake up as late as me but egg omelette which is prepairing for you if you want to, is great!!
Clean the blunket between the sheets cause it had hairs! Also transfer should be for free.

fairly good location. nice hotel lobby. good breakfast room and good breakfast.
small rooms, small swimming pool (2m x 6m). dirty water. only six guest seats at the pool. steam sauna for men was out of order. whirlpool (2m x 1m) only with cold water (!). everythings looks 30 years old. hotel has two (!) buildings but on picture only one picture is shown. all hotel pictures on the internet looks totally different than in reality. I complained about quality of hotel room and had to discuss 1,5 HOUR with staff. only manager offered me upgrade (I had to pay even more money for upgrade which was also not satisfactory but no chance to cancel reservation, because of their trick: staff forces you to pay the hotel fee before you see the room!!! Booked.net needs to set up rules how to proceed with this situation!

Rooms in the main building are brightly lit and well decorated. Plenty of seats in the cafe for breakfast and breakfast spread is good. Location is another plus - walk no more than ten min to the night bazaar or waroret market (chinatown) and just fifteen or so minutes to saturday and sunday markets.
a) That the hotel charged me 120b per pax for airport transfer one way and there were two other passengers (airline crew) in the car. So did I pay for them? Booked.net - NOTE THIS: b) That the hotel did not have a hairdryer in the room though this is stated in the description of facilities. I had to pay a 200b a nite for an upgrade to a room WITH a hairdryer. c) That the hotel agreed to extend my checkout time to 1pm but called my room at 12.30 pm to chase me out.
